I’ve found the found the item I want but can’t select my size

 

We apologize for this inconvenience! If you are unable to select your size, then that means the size you are interested in is out of stock at this moment. Please reach out to us at support@mother-falcon.com if you experience this issue and we will do everything that we can to accommodate your request.

Can I track my order ?

 

Of course! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your shipment. Click on the tracking number to track your order. Please reach out to us at support@mother-falcon.com if you have any additional questions.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

That was not supposed to happen! Please send us an email at support@mother-falcon.com and describe the issue that you are having. If we sent you the wrong items, we will cover the shipping cost for your return and send you the correct items.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Shipping is FREE for orders over $74.99! For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the flat rate shipping is $6.95. Please allow 3 - 7 business days to receive your order. If you have additional questions, please contact us at support@mother-falcon.com
